Your agreement with SuperZone Ltd
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SuperZone website at superzone.uk and all related booking services provided by SuperZone Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with offices at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
SuperZone provides VIP event booking and concierge services, including but not limited to: concert and live music VIP packages, festival access, nightclub table reservations, premium VIP experiences, and private or corporate event management. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
All bookings are initiated through our website and finalised via WhatsApp with a member of our team. A booking is only confirmed when:
SuperZone reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at its discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.
All prices displayed on the website are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Payment is arranged directly with your SuperZone booking agent via WhatsApp. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer and card payments via a secure payment link. Full payment is required to confirm and secure your booking.
Upon submission of your booking request, a unique reference code (e.g. SZ-XXXXXX) is generated and sent to your email address. You must quote this reference in all communications with SuperZone, including payment confirmations, amendments, and cancellation requests. SuperZone cannot be held responsible for delays caused by failure to quote your booking reference.
Our full cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By booking with SuperZone, you agree to those terms.
Whilst SuperZone takes all reasonable steps to deliver the experience described, we act as an intermediary between customers and venues/event organisers. In the event of changes to line-ups, set times, or running order, SuperZone cannot be held liable as these are at the discretion of the venue or event organiser.
If an event is cancelled or significantly changed by the venue or organiser, SuperZone will endeavour to secure refunds or alternatives on your behalf and will communicate updates promptly via WhatsApp and email.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SuperZone's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a booking shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that booking. SuperZone is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of enjoyment, loss of earnings, or travel costs.
All content on superzone.uk — including text, design, logos, and images — is the property of SuperZone Ltd and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR.
SuperZone reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available at superzone.uk/terms.html. Continued use of our services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
